Chocolate & Passion Fruit Entremet


A centre of tangy passion fruit curd, crushed feuilletine wafers with praline chocolate and chocolate sponge cake all enveloped by a milky chocolate mousse. Finished with a shiny chocolate glaze and decorated with gold dusted chocolate pieces, cacao nibs and gold leaves. 

Sizes

  • Small: $55.00 for 18 cm / 7 inches (serves 8-12)
  • Regular: $65.00 for 22 cm / 8.5 inches (serves 12-16)
Tip: Our entremet is best stored in the refrigerate at all times unless serving. It can be kept in the refrigerator for 5-7 days. It is best eaten chilled!
