Madeleines are a small French sponge cake baked in a beautiful sea shell shape and often finished off with a light dusting of icing sugar. (Gluten-free option available for extra $3)
Tip: Our madeleines taste the best when they're warm: heat our madeleines in the microwave for 15-20 seconds on a heatproof dish then serve! It is recommended to refrigerate our madeleines at all times unless serving.
