A fluffy matcha sponge cake rolled with matcha whipped cream and sweetened red bean paste. Decorated with matcha whipped cream, white chocolate feathers and gold leaf. (Gluten-free option available for extra $2)

Tip: Our roll cake is best stored in the refrigerator at all times unless serving. It can be kept in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. It is best eaten chilled!
