Miss Yuzu Entremet
A centre of yuzu and mango cream, vanilla sponge cake and crumble surrounded by a yuzu mascarpone mousse. Finished off with a yellow glaze and decorated with meringues, crumble, crushed pistachio and fondant flowers. (Gluten-free option available for extra $2)
Tip: Our entremet is best stored in the refrigerate at all times unless serving. It can be kept in the refrigerator for 5-7 days. It is best eaten chilled!
