White Christmas Entremet


Inspired by Raffaello Chocolate, this Christmas Entremet features layers of vanilla ganache, crushed feuilletine wafers with white chocolate and coconut dacquoise enveloped in a light coconut mousse. Glazed in white and topped with meringue Christmas trees, fondant snowflakes, red sponge cake and gold leaves.

Sizes

  • Small: $50.00 for 18 cm / 7 inches (serves 8-12)
  • Regular: $60.00 for 22 cm / 8.5 inches (serves 12-16)
Tip: Our entremet is best stored in the refrigerate at all times unless serving. It can be kept in the refrigerator for 5-7 days. It is best eaten chilled!
