Yuzu & Mango Entremet


A centre of yuzu and mango curd, vanilla madeleine cake and crumble surrounded by a yuzu mascarpone mousse. Finished off with a yellow glaze and decorated with meringues, crumble, crushed pistachio and fondant flowers. ​(Gluten-free option available for extra $5)

Sizes

  • Small: $55.00 for 18 cm / 7 inches (serves 8-12)
  • Regular: $65.00 for 22 cm / 8.5 inches (serves 12-16)
Tip: Our entremet is best stored in the refrigerate at all times unless serving. It can be kept in the refrigerator for 5-7 days. It is best eaten chilled!
